Hi! I am Bethany, an NC native, residing in the Raleigh, NC area. I offer telehealth therapy working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, chronic illness or pain, life transitions, parenting concerns and relationship challenges. I offer a collaborative, non-judgmental approach focused on helping you build clarity, confidence, and sustainable coping tools so you can navigate stress, strengthen relationships, and move forward with intention.

  • Bethany understands that therapy looks different for everyone. Even when people share a similar diagnosis, treatment is never one-size-fits-all. She works collaboratively with each client to tailor therapy to their unique needs, strengths, and goals, finding what works best for you.

  • Bethany offers telehealth appointments Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and works closely with each client to find appointment times that fit into their busy lives.
